Apparently many things were wind-powered back in the day. From your ocean-going transportation, to your evening entertainment. And you made your own entertainment when hundreds of miles out to sea, and a wind-filled sail is the state-of- technology. This English concertina was part of an exhibit on sailing life displayed on the first floor of the SF Maritime Museum at Aquatic Park, SF.
