OK, it's the Fort Mason Community Garden.  There are 125 plots available, most 20x5 feet. Membership dues are $125 annually. You may grow vegetables and flowers as you wish. Organic gardening encouraged; Pesticides forbidden. Oh, and the waiting list? Approximately 9 years.
