I like to keep an eye out for a piece of San Francisco that looks like it might be original. A survivor. This doorway at 425 Potrero Street looks like it fit the bill. The thin metal floral flourishes, the classic script of the numerals in the address... This is a pretty old neighborhood. How did the doorway and doorbell fixture make it into 2019? It's not thriving, but it's surviving. (Three photos)
