I Said, "We're Closed."

This is the old Hibernia Bank on Market/McAllister; this landmark building dates to the 1890s, and was restored a few years ago. I was waiting on the 5R bus last week around 3 pm when I heard this ungodly tortured squeal of metal on metal. I turned around and all the lower windows on the building were slowly lowering their heavy corrugated barriers. Video below.
