Dancing In The Dark.

A temporary public art installation so captured the public imagination, that it was made permanent. Thousands of light emitting diodes were strung vertically along the cables of the western span of the Bay Bridge. At night, a choreographed light show dances rhythmically up and down, back and forth, on the span above the bay. The SF Fire Department station, with fireboats bobbing, sits below at the western anchorage.
