A Century-Old SF Church Is Reincarnated.

The stately St. Joseph's, at 10th & Howard, was a Catholic church from 1913-1989. It was damaged in the earthquake, and languished for 30 years. It was deconsecrated. It was proclaimed a national historic landmark. And over the last three years, it has reemerged as an arts venue: St. Joseph's Art Society.
