The painting below is by James Tissot (1836-1902) and is titled, "Too Early." It's part of his exhibit at the Legion of Honor: Fashion & Faith. I liked the fashion stuff a lot better. Nice detail and color, especially against the sooty skies of the Industrial Era. Scroll down for some more outtakes.
