This Is Way Past Shoplifting.

Today, in the Walgreens on the Northeast corner of Market & Van Ness. The clerk told me the shelves are nearly bare because of organized and unorganized shoplifting. Some of the stolen items can be found for sale within blocks of the store, arranged on sidewalk "storefronts."
