The Call Box Of Liberty.

I think this is a defunct, old police emergency call box from generations ago. Originally illuminated at night for visibility. The flame design is positively Art Deco. Looks like the local utility company controls it now, and applies an occasional (hurried) coat of amber paint. On Geary Boulevard outside Presidio Middle School.
