"Sit Anywhere."

Increasingly in downtown San Francisco you see a variety of passive-aggressive techniques that discourage sitting or loitering outside the large buildings. In the Avenues I've seen a number of creatively painted city benches. But downtown is a very different feeling. Especially where this photo was taken today, on 6th Street near Mission.
