It's been a particularly dark, wet, and windy winter so far. Here are some things I've seen.

The storm winds have damaged almost 300 trees in San Francisco, including this one in front of the building where I work on Mission Street.

Bright colors take a beating during winter. I saw this on Market Street near Gough.
