Parking. Tougher Than It Looks.

This is the sidewalk in front of my apartment building. Note the "No Parking" sign on the left completely flattened to the ground. Note the planter box bricks on the right blown apart. Note the complete lack of skid marks. This happened around 4:00 pm on a weekday afternoon in clear weather. I was told the driver misjudged their speed. Nobody was hurt -- but dammm-yumm. (COVID-19: not the only threat to public safety.)
