Ice Walker.

Ice is a cold, unforgiving surface. A surface you meet often while learning to ice skate. This charming penguin has handgrips where his ears would be, and short wooden skis under his feet. The penguin becomes a "walker," supporting newbies on their wobbly skates. I hadn't seen one of these before, but they make a lot of sense. (The seasonal outdoor ice rink in Civic Center Plaza.)
