Beautiful Day On An Ugly Pier.

Municipal Pier was a beauty when it was built in 1931. As part of Aquatic Park, the seawall created a protected cove for the swimming and wading pleasure of the San Francisco public. After many decades of neglect, it's long past time for a major renovation of the pier. For residents of San Francisco, and our many guests from around the world.
