A Great White Christmas.

The San Francisco Fire Department is sponsoring a city-wide competition for best holiday decorated fire house. This is Station #34, my neighborhood fire house, on Pt. Lobos and 42nd Avenue. Being so close to the ocean, they specialize in water and cliff rescues. Which explains the surfboard, diver, and pursuing shark mounted high on the front of the station. Not your typical decorations; not your typical house.
